How is Hospice Funded?

Because of your generosity, our services are available to all individuals who meet the admission criteria at no cost to the patient or family. Our hospice is certified for Medicare funding and recognized by most major insurance providers.

Hospice of North Central Oklahoma is a member of the Oklahoma Hospice & Palliative Care Association, National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization, and is licensed as a hospice by the State of Oklahoma.

With your continued support, through your donations, and volunteer services we can help families through this difficult transition.

There are several ways you can help.

Donations and Memorial Gifts. As a 501(c)(3) charity organization your gifts and memorials are tax deductible. Each gift is acknowledged with a receipt suitable for your tax records.

Wills and Bequests. Sometimes it is easier to make a substantial contribution or memorial gift through a designation from your estate. With advanced planning a will or trust can include a gift to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma. If you would like to make such a bequest, our Executive Director can help you find the legal help you might need to direct this gift to our work.

Non-monetary Gifts. In the past Hospice of North Central Oklahoma has welcomed gifts of stock, securities, real estate and personal property. These gifts can be transferred to a charity organization and can even result in a tax saving to the donor. These gifts often provide ongoing income that can benefit our patients and their families for years to come. Once again, if you are interested in making such a gift, you may contact our Executive Director who can direct you to the expert help you might need for such a transaction.

If you would like more information about providing support, please call our Executive Director at 580-762-9102.
